+ It is located right in the middle of the road Oludeniz-Fethiye.
- Very small parking area on the territory (for 4-5 cars only) makes you do parking on the 40% hill.

My friend and I chose this hotel because of its location it was a 30 min walk to hisanoru. Not to close to all of the hussle and bustle. The hotel was very clean and the staff were very helpful. With it being Xmas the hotel was very quiet we were infact the only guests for the 3 days!!! And remodernisation was being done for this summer. We have only one gripe we dįdnt have hot water for 1 day. But we have decided that we would stay there again. However the slight hill is something to worry about after a few drinks. Would recommend this hotel to friends and family

The location was lovely, views were superb and it was on the whole quiet to stay there.
The room was very dusty on a daily basis and as my partner had an allergy to dust it was difficult for him at times.

We liked the price and the cleanliness of our room. The hotel is very quiet, kind of new.
We paid by cash and we were surprising to see that they charged us by credit card once again ( we paid twice time !!!!). In this moment, we are waiting for them to give us back our money... hopping that it was just a mistake...
